Keeping pace with the modern era we have to find the meaning of life in the society through yoga where we are residing however distractions and disturbances are there to discourage us but the meditation and yogic practices are strong enough to avert them forthwith .

It is a 5 day, 4 nights Yoga journey program from Rishikesh to the upper-middle ranges of the Himalayas.
This program is for those people who want to make a short yogic trip to gain a basic knowledge of yoga, and want to get a maximum joy of life in their limited vacation. This program is consists of Yoga, Meditation, water sports & adventure, trekking, cultural exchange, and village life in the interior region of the Himalayas.

  • Day 1

    Breakfast.
    Departure from rishikesh to Tehri Lake by vehicle.
    Lunch at Tehri.
    Water sports & adventure in the lake.
    Evening Meditation practice in front of Asia's highest lake in the lap of peaceful Himalayan mountains.
    Dinner.
    Night stay in Tehri City.

  • Day 2

    Morning Yoga in Tehri city.
    Breakfast.
    Departure from Tehri to boodha kedar village by vehicle.
    Lunch at the budha Kedar village.
    Cultural exchange.
    Evening meditation.
    Dinner.
    Home stay in boodha kedar.

  • Day 3

    Morning yoga in boodha kedar village.
    Treking from Boodha Kedar to Hatkuni.
    Lunch at hatkuni.
    Spend a peaceful day in the lap of mother nature away from hustle and bustle.
    Evening Meditation in Hatkuni ground middle of the forest.
    Dinner.
    Night stay at Hatkuni, sleep in mother nature lap with an encampment.

  • Day 4

    Morning yoga in hatkuni ground.
    Breakfast at Hatkuni.
    Tracking from Hatkuni to Ghuttu village.
    Lunch at Bhatgaun village middle of the trek.
    Village life in ghuttu.
    Evening meditation in front of the beautiful Bhilangana river
    Dinner.
    Night stay at ghuttu.

  • Day 5

    Morning Yoga in ghuttu village.
    Break fast.
    Departure from ghutu to rishikesh by vehicle.
    Lunch on the way to Rishikesh.
    At the arrival in Rishikesh further journey on your wish
