Rishikesh Yoga Mitram Yoga School, Rishikesh India has designed a 21 day yoga and meditation retreat program in Rishikesh for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice and improve their skills.
This program is also designed for those who wish to participate in yoga courses similar to the TTC program without having any hectic schedule . But don’t want to get any type of certification.
Our 21-day yoga retreat program is designed to help you achieve the perfect balance between body and mind. Our program is also designed to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

In this 21 day yoga retreat program you too can join our yoga journey and find the inner peace you always wanted. There are daily yoga and meditation classes as well as lectures on yoga philosophy, human anatomy and physiology to help you enhance your knowledge of yourself. It helps to remove all the negative energy around you and enhances creative thinking as compared to automatic thinking. Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga are based on ancient practices that help people achieve a healthy life, mind and body. The 21 Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat program is all about purifying the soul, mind and thoughts, so that you can live your life with more enthusiasm and rejuvenate yourself for the better. We offer single and double rooms depending on the requirements of the of aspirant. Each room has an en suite bathroom with western toilet and hot shower. The rooms are well maintained and clean for the yogis.

In addition to daily practical and philosophical classes, the program includes special classes every Saturday and visits to various spiritual sites in Rishikesh on Sundays.
